Sweepstake participation: 

To participate in the sweepstake, you just need to leave a comment under the sweepstake video on one of our social media channels and your name will be entered into the draw. In addition, you can subscribe to our channel to not miss any more sweepstakes and increase your chances of winning.

How the winner will be announced: The winner will be drawn randomly (see participation conditions). The winner will be announced in this blog article (see above "Winner / Username (Platform)"). We post the username of the respective winner here. If luck has struck you, write us an email directly to: service@toolbrothers.de

Attention: We announce the winner / the winners only here in our Outlet Blog. We do not contact anyone directly or request personal data via social media. Please be sure to watch out for fake profiles and spam. Any contact only takes place via our service@toolbrothers.de email address.

Participation in the sweepstake of Toolbrothers Powertools GmbH is free of charge and is governed exclusively by these terms and conditions: 

Sweepstake procedure
The duration of our sweepstakes is based on the period defined and published in the blog. Within this period, users have the opportunity to participate in the sweepstake online. 

Participation
To participate in the sweepstake, a comment under the sweepstake video is required. In addition, you can subscribe to our channel to not miss any more sweepstakes and increase your chances of winning. Participation is only possible within the participation period. Comments received after the participation deadline will not be considered in the draw.

Eligible participants
Eligible to participate are natural persons residing within the European Union who have reached the age of 18. Excluded from participation in the sweepstake are all persons involved in the conception and implementation of the sweepstake and employees of Toolbrothers Powertool GmbH, as well as their family members. Furthermore, the operator reserves the right to exclude persons from participation at its own discretion if there are justified reasons.

Prize, notification and delivery of the prize

Only the product is raffled as a prize that is explicitly and exclusively mentioned and presented as such a prize in the corresponding video. Other products, aids, accessories, or other items from the video are explicitly not part of the raffle.

The determination of the winners takes place directly after the participation deadline as part of a raffle based on the random principle among all participants (e.g. https://commentpicker.com/youtube.php). The winner will be announced in the corresponding blog article. The username of the respective winner will only be published in the blog. Following this, a message must be sent to service@toolbrothers.de to claim the prize. The prize will be handed over exclusively to the winner and exclusively to their residence located in Germany. Costs incurred for shipping the prize will be borne by the operator. It is not possible to receive the monetary value of the prize instead of the product.

After the winner is announced, the winner must contact the email address of Toolbrothers Powertools GmbH given during the announcement within two days (48 hours) and inform us of their address. If the winner does not contact us within a period of two days, a new winner may be drawn. 

Termination of the sweepstake
The organizer expressly reserves the right to terminate the sweepstake without prior notice and without stating reasons. This applies in particular to any reasons that would disrupt or prevent a scheduled course of the sweepstake. 

Data protection
By participating in the sweepstake, the customer agrees that their social media nickname will be publicly announced on our blog in case of a win. Toolbrothers Powertools GmbH points out that all personal data of the participant will neither be passed on to third parties nor made available for use by them without consent.

The participant can withdraw their declared consent at any time. The withdrawal must be submitted in writing to service@toolbrothers.de.
